staying at sonnenalp was a dream! the spa was exceptional, and the massage helped me feel completely rejuvenated. i loved the fruit-infused water available throughout the hotel and the delicious breakfast at ludwig’s each morning. The location is perfect. we walked everywhere in under 20 minutes. highly recommend the hydrafacial!

I particularly appreciated the free water bottles provided for my excursions. However, the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. Also, the valet service had a hiccup when they misplaced my keys for a while, causing a bit of anxiety, but they eventually found them. Overall, the ambiance and amenities created a memorable experience aside from a few bumps. Definitely a place I'd revisit due to its charm and excellent service.
